Delete your The Network account
Last updated October 7, 2026
You can delete your The Network account, and the personal data associated with it, at any time. The Network is developed by MythOS Systems.
In the app
- Open The Network and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to enter your password again.
On the web
- Sign in at thenetwork.app.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Without the app
Email support@thenetwork.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username. We will confirm the request with you before deleting the account.
What happens to your data
- Your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out everywhere, your profile disappears, and your posts, stories and other content are hidden from everyone.
- For 30 days, signing in again cancels the deletion and restores your account.
- After 30 days your personal data is permanently erased: your username, email, phone number, password, profile, location, uploaded photos and videos, and the content of your posts, comments, reviews and messages.
- Conversations you were part of remain for the other people in them, without your messages.
- If your account is the subject of an open child-safety report, the permanent erasure waits until that report has been reviewed. The account stays deactivated in the meantime.
- Subscription purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Records of purchases may be kept where the law requires it.
